The Y offers Y Camp Assistance to all families who qualify.

We’ve made it even easier to apply for financial assistance – everything is available online! CLICK HERE to apply for camp financial assistance. Once you arrive at the ‘Contact Us’ page, click on ‘Contact Us About Childcare.’ Next, select ‘YMCA of Southern Nevada – Childcare’ under ‘Category.’ You’ll then select ‘Camp Assistance Application – YCA’ under ‘Request Type.’ Fill in the selected areas and upload all necessary documentation. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until all documentation is uploaded. If you have questions about the application or would like to request a hard copy application, please contact your Y’s admin listed below.

Registration
To ensure the safety of your camper, the Y has partnered with the CampDoc to capture all of your campers needs! Following registration, the primary contact will receive an email to complete your campers online profile. The information must be completed two weeks prior to your child’s 1st day of Summer Camp.

The following documents are required for Preschool Camp registration. Please click on each applicable link to download the appropriate forms. All forms must be uploaded to your child’s online profile.

• Current Immunization Record (must provide from healthcare provider)
• Health Statement for Preschool Camp
• Birth Certificate

The following document is required for camp if your child requires medication during camp hours. Once completed please submit to the Youth and Family Coordinator with your child’s medication. All medication must be in its original container, with your child’s name, name of medication, dosage, and expiration date.
