Arthritic Splash

If you’re an ambulatory individual with arthritis, get a zero-impact workout while focusing on sustaining and/or improving muscle and joint mobility while improving overall fitness. This class eases aches, pains and gets you moving.

Aquafit

(water shoes recommended)

Experience a low-impact workout focused on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and flexibility. It gets your heart pumping and burns calories. Class is held in deep and shallow water and uses a variety of equipment.

Power Aqua Fitness

(water shoes recommended)

This power/strength class offers higher impact circuit training using Speedo equipment. Your endurance/flexibility in deep/shallow water measures your heart rate. The combo class merges power and endurance.

Aqua Zumba

Make a splash! Bring the party to the pool! This program gives new meaning to an "invigorating workout!" Splashing, stretching, twisting, shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering...that's what you'll hear in Aqua Zumba. Integrating Zumba blends it all together in a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and exhilarating beyond belief.
