Family Day | Offered the 3rd Saturday of Each Month

Family Day at the Y provides families with a time and place to come together for a good time through family-friendly activities such as games, crafts, movies and seasonal festivities. Offered on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 12 PM – 2 PM. See the family calendar located at your local Y’s front desk for details. Family Day is FREE and open to all, including non-members, but please register beforehand (in-person, online, or through our app).


Parents’ Night Out | Offered on the 2nd & 4th Friday of Each Month

Take time to unwind and rejuvenate after a tough week with a date night that helps parents reconnect while the kiddo’s have fun too! For $10 per
child, Y Family Members ages 3-12 (potty-trained) will enjoy themed games, crafts, science experiments, movies, swimming and more. Offered on the
2nd and 4th Friday of each month. 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM. See the family calendar located at your local Y’s front desk for details.


Take A Hike! – Explore the Outdoors | 4th Saturday of Each Month

Good things happen when we unplug and reconnect outside. Kids and adults benefit from contact with nature. Get outdoors and explore the beautiful
parks and public lands through our Take A Hike! Program, which provides FREE, guided, family-friendly hikes every month. Pack your sunscreen and
water; we’ll take care of the rest. Offered on the 4th Saturday of each month. See the family calendar located at your local Y’s front desk for details.


Togetherhood – Amplify Your Impact, Volunteer Together | Dates Vary

Volunteering as a family builds character and helps teach your kids the importance of thinking larger than themselves. Togetherhood is the Y’s member-led volunteer service program. It activates Y members to work together to plan and lead service projects that respond to local community needs. Every family can be a healthy family! By focusing on healthy eating, physical activity, and quality time your family will soon be feeling stronger and living healthier. Check in-person, online, or on our app for a schedule of FREE Y Kids Fitness classes and family-friendly group exercise classes.


Kids Gym (3 Months to 7 Years) | During Prime Times

Parents rave about the YMCA Kids Gym! Don’t believe us? Ask around! Kids Gym Supervisors ensure your little one is well taken care of for up to 2 hours while you work on your wellness goals. No need to reserve a spot or pay extra, we’ve got you covered! Please check with your local branch on the hours Kids Gym is offered.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, Kids’ Gym operations may be suspended due to a Public Health Mandate. Please check with your local Y’s front desk for the most current information.

The Centennial Hills Y location is excited to introduce Itty Bitty Kids Play! This interactive play space will include socially-distanced songs, dancing, story time and more. Ages 2-5 are welcome to enjoy this fun experience while mom or dad work on their fitness! The best part? It’s included in your membership at no extra cost! Pre-registration will be required, as there are only 10 spots available during each time slot. Any members participating in the program are encouraged to take their little ones to the restroom prior to the start of class. Babysitting Training Course

October 16-17, November 20-21 and December 18-19, 2020

Friday from 3 pm to 7:30pm

The primary purpose of the American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training Course is to provide youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business; keep themselves and others safe; help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid. This training is designed for youth ages 11 to 15. Participants will become certified in pediatric CPR and First Aid upon passing of a written and practical exam.
