Year-round swim lessons are offered at our Centennial Hills and SkyView Y locations. Summer swim lessons are offered at each of our four branches beginning in June and continuing into September. The Y’s four core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are incorporated into every program.

Please register your child for the class you feel is most suitable based on the description below.
On the first day, our instructors will assess your child’s swim level during the lesson and recommend a switch if needed. This typically won’t disrupt your schedule – your child will likely just join a class on the other side of the pool!

Come be part of a great aquatics experience! The Y Swim Team is a developmental swim program run by trained coaches to improve swimmers’ competitive skills and endurance through progression rather than intense competition. The Y swim team promotes healthy lifestyles while embracing the four core values of respect, responsibility, honesty and caring.

If you’re an ambulatory individual with arthritis, get a zero-impact workout while focusing on sustaining and/or improving muscle and joint mobility while improving overall fitness. This class eases aches, pains and gets you moving.
Experience a low-impact workout focused on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and flexibility. It gets your heart pumping and burns calories. Class is held in deep and shallow water and uses a variety of equipment.

This power/strength class offers higher impact circuit training using Speedo equipment. Your endurance/flexibility in deep/shallow water measures your heart rate. The combo class merges power and endurance.

Make a splash! Bring the party to the pool! This program gives new meaning to an “invigorating workout!” Splashing, stretching, twisting, shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering…that’s what you’ll hear in Aqua Zumba. Integrating Zumba blends it all together in a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning and exhilarating beyond belief.
