Taking a LES MILLS™ Class at the Y

Les Mills classes are popular and fill up quickly. Here are some tips:

  • Check the class schedule for the Y near you to see which classes are offered when (not all classes are offered at all locations).
  • BODYPUMP, CX30, BODYCOMBAT and RPM classes require a class pass - see the front desk for your pass. 
  • Registration for classes open 30 minutes prior to the class start time. First come, first served.
  • GRIT is a fee-based class.

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.
