We're dedicated to understanding the wellness needs of your family. Do you and your daughter want to take fitness classes? Are your school-age kids in need of daycare? Do you need help establishing a realistic routine? No problem.
Maybe you've pinpointed your needs or want to consider new activities (think rock wall climbing!) after visiting our branches. We'll create a membership package for you. No gimmicks. No tricky sales. The Department of Defense has contracted with the Armed Services YMCA to fund memberships at participating YMCAs throughout the United States and Puerto Rico for the Title 10 DoD Military Groups listed below. While this list provides a quick overview, it's important to click here for full eligibility requirements.
The DoD will underwrite memberships at participating Ys for an initial six-month period for each eligible family and service member. Membership renewals in subsequent six-month intervals (up to 12 or 18 months depending on eligibility) will be funded based on a military family's or service member's ability to meet the participation requirement of eight visits to a YMCA each month.
Contact Military OneSource, www.militaryonesource.com or 1-800-342-9647, to confirm eligibility and receive an eligibility form.
Bring your completed eligibility form, Military ID and other required documentation (generally your Deployment Orders or Military Service Headquarters approval letter) to your closest Y branch for verification (do not leave copies at the Y).
At the Y, no one is turned away because of an inability to pay. We offer financial assistance based on household income and size, and review special circumstances like medical expenses and unemployment. Financial assistance is made available through the Y Annual Campaign and grants from generous donors.
Financial assistance can make it more affordable for you to benefit from everything the Y offers, from wellness programs and swim lessons to summer camps and youth sports.
Visit a Y to complete an application. You can also download the English-language application and Membership form or the Spanish-language application and Membership form. Complete and return it to a Y. Please bring the following documentation to process your application. (Allow up to four weeks for approval.)
At the Y, we are for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We are dedicated to ensuring our facilities, programs and services are open and welcoming to all. As part of this effort, we are proud to offer our members access to YMCA facilities across the United States that participate in Nationwide Membership. This way, our members can use the Y as often as they like, making it easier to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating YMCA in the United States, outside of the Las Vegas area, through membership at your home YMCA. We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work or travel. This is an essential part of our mission to strengthen communities.
We understand that sometimes it is more convenient for members to take advantage of a Y near their workplace or when they are traveling outside the area of their home Y. With Nationwide Membership, members have the flexibility to use participating Y facilities throughout the United States at no extra charge.
