Covering the fundamentals of working out, warm-up, strength training and recovery. With the guidance of a personal trainer, this program will teach the skills and knowledge needed for teens to put together their own workouts so they can successfully workout on their own or continue to push themselves in this program. The program uses various types of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more, along with various types of training including sports conditioning, HIIT, TRX mixed conditioning and other styles of training.
