Swim lessons builds self confidence, develops self esteem, and makes water a safe, fun environment for a lifetime! Our swim lessons are specifically tailored to the participant’s age, swimming ability, level of physical development and confidence in the water. Participants will progress to the next stage based on swim evaluations. Our program uses skill-based instruction through activities that maximize physical activity, emphasize safety, all while engaging families.
