Fitness Classes

The Y offers a great selection of fitness classes, allowing you to find the perfect match for your interests. If you're looking for a low-impact class that aids in relaxation, beginner yoga or gentle yoga therapy might be right up your alley. If the beat of music makes you want to dance, Boogie Line Dance, Hot Hula Fitness, Zumba Fitness, or Zumba Gold will have you moving in no time. Other classes, like Fit After Fifty and Young at Heart, combine strength training with a cardiovascular workout. Other classes include Tai Chi, Qigong, Pilates Plus, and Balletone.
