Campers visit the aquarium one week and learn how bagels are made the next! Day campers swim and celebrate weekly themes.
Archery Camp instructs campers on bow and arrow techniques and target shooting. Professional instructors lead camp at Pacific Archery Sales, Schiff Drive. Campers break balloons and earn awards. (Limit: 26 campers)
Baseball/T-ball Camp teaches baseball fundamentals in a fun character-building environment.  Children have a blast learning field positions, catching, throwing and batting.

Bowling Camp improves techniques through bowling activities. Campers watch their skills progress by recording game scores daily. Striiiiike! All materials provided.
Cheer Camp enhances flexibility and strength while emphasizing tumbling and presentation. CheerYnastics campers enjoy cheerleading, gymnastics, and take home a handmade shirt. Wear sports shoes and shorts.
C.I.T. is the YMCA's Counselors in Training program.  CIT participants expand their leadership knowledge while working with younger campers.  All Counselors in Training must practice the Y's four core values and demonstrate great interest in working with younger campers.  Prospective Counselors in Training must qualify for the program.
Cookin' Kids Camp makes junior chefs out of campers. Participants cook tasty treats while learning safety and healthy meal prep techniques. Bon appetit!
Dance Camp teaches ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop and combo.  Participants prepare all week for a fun Friday performance!

Performing Arts Camp includes instruction in dance, vocal performance and drama.  The week ends with a musical production for friends and family.
Rock Climbing Camp teaches exciting climbing skills and trust building at the Powerhouse Rock climbing Center, W. Charleston.  Professionals lead instruction.  Parents MUST sign waivers.

Soccer Camp
focuses on the fundamentals - dribbling, kicking, passing and scoring.  Campers learn teamwork and gain confidence.  No benchwarmers at the Y!
Taekwondo Canp teaches self-defense skills, discipline, and self-esteem during great coed workout. This discipline naturally incorporates the four core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility.
Tennis Camp gives campers the option of attending morning tennis camp and adding Adventure Camp in the afternoon. Camp features "stroke of the day," games and match play. Lessons start at 8 a.m.
Volleyball Camp includes drills, clinics, scrimmages and tournament play with age-appropriate equipment.  Players bump, set and spike their way through the week.
Wrestling Camp teaches fundamentals like takedowns, pinning combinations and sportsmanship matches.  Unlike WWF, this camp enforces Olympic wrestling rules.
Y-World of Sports Camp scores big with campers who want to shoot hoops, hit home runs, score goals, and swim! Campers learn fundamentals, sportsmanship, and enjoy daily non-competitive games. Sports may include basketball, soccer, flag football, and baseball.
