101 (4-6 yrs.)
- Players learn fundamentals in a variety of sports while
receiving great conditioning. This program introduces
football, soccer, basketball and volleyball.

YMCA Basketball Academy (7-17 yrs.)
- Coach Brian Sitter
coordinates youth basketball leagues and tournaments through National
Junior Basketball. Coach Sitter also lends his skills to the
Heinrich YMCA Basketball Academy, which focuses on shooting, rebounding,
defense, speed, agility and strength training. Players are organized
into beginner, intermediate and advanced groups. Jersey and
shorts provided. Sign up the first of each month.

Climb
Time (7-17 yrs.) - Participants learn to climb the YMCA's rock
wall and pick up techniques for taking each "route" to the top.
Instructors teach proper rock wall usage, belaying and the knots
involved. Climb Time includes a variety of fun games not
offered during normal climbing hours.

Sensei Catalin Neagu, a 5th Degree Black Belt, has trained nationally
and internationally with Shotokan Karate, a Japanese martial art, for
the past 28 years. He is a Romanian J.K.A. Chief Instructor and
head coach of the J.K.A. Romanian team. This program focuses on
discipline, self-confidence, memory, strength and much more
