Centennial Hills YMCA Youth Sports Programs

Itty Bitty Basketball* (3-5 yrs.) - Pee wee players learn basketball basics through this fun-filled beginner program.

Dates: April 2 - May 28
June 11 - August 20 (excluding July 23 & 30)
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 5 to 5:45 p.m.
Cost: $93

Itty Bitty  Soccer (3-5 yrs.) - Little kickers run away with soccer fundamentals!  Parent participation required.

Dates: April 1 - May 27
June 10 - August 19 (excluding July 22 & 29)
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 5 to 5:45 p.m.
Cost: $93


Itty Bitty Track & Field (3-5 yrs) -
Run, jump and throw.  The key elements in most sports are found in track and field activities.  Learn the basic techniques!

Dates: April 3 - May 29
June 12 - August 21 (excluding July 24 & 31)
Day: Thursdays
Time: 5 to 5:45 p.m.

Itty Bitty Gymnastics (1-2 yrs.) -
Let the YMCA introduce your little one to gymnastics and basic tumbling. The program allows for progression and also welcomes first-time participants.

Dates: April 5 - May 31
June 14 - August 23 (excluding July 19 & 26)
Day: Saturdays
Time: 9 to 9:45 a.m.
Cost: $93

Itty Bitty Gymnastics (3-4 yrs.) - Toddlers learn basic tumbling and techniques.  The program allows for progression and also welcomes first-time participants.

June 14 - August 23 (excluding July 19 & 26)
Day: Saturdays
Time: 10 to 10:45 a.m.

Volleyball Academy (8-11 yrs.) - players learn to serve, bump, volley and spike in a fun, competitive environment.  The program focuses on fundamental volleyball techniques and teamwork.

Dates: April 3 - May 29
June 12 - August 21 (excluding July 24 & 31)
Day: Thursdays
Time: 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Cost: $93

Volleyball Academy (12-16 yrs.) - players learn to serve, bump, volley and spike in a fun, competitive environment.  The program focuses on fundamental volleyball techniques and teamwork.

Gymnastics (5-9 yrs.) - Little ones learn basic tumbling and techniques.  The program allows for progression and also welcomes first-time participants.

Day: Saturdays
Time: 11 a.m. to noon

Tae Kwon Do (5+ yrs.) - Youth learn Olympic-style Tae-kwon-do techniques from instructor Allan Agustin, who has trained national champions.  the program, which is excellent for fitness and motivation, incorporates the five principles of Tae Kwon Do: integrity, courtesy, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.  For registration purposes, white to purple belts are beginners; orange to black belts are considered intermediate.

Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
Time 5 to 6 p.m. - Beginners
6 to 7 p.m. - Intermediate
Cost: $82/month


Basketball Academy (6-16 yrs.) -
helps players refine defensive skills, ball handling and shooting inside the 3-point arc. Boys and girls are welcome.

Dates: April 1 - May 27
June 10 - August 18 (excluding July 21 & 28)
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 6-9 yrs.         5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
10-13 yrs.     6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
14-16 yrs.     6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $93
