Programs
Check the
links on the left and find the programs that interest
you. In
order to register for programs, one must be a Program
Participant Member. The cost per year is $35 for
individual and $50 for family. Program registration is on a first-come,
first-served basis. Some programs have limited spaces
so register early.
How to
register?

In
person at any of the branches most convenient for
you.

By
mail. Fill out a registration form and send it to
the branch where the program is offered.

By fax
(credit card payments only). Fill out the
registration
form and fax it to the branch where the
program is offered.

Online registration.
Refund
Policy
Programs
that do not meet minimum enrollment 3 days prior to
class start date may be cancelled or rescheduled.
Registrants may elect a transfer or full refund.
Refunds for other reasons are granted according to the
following refund policy:

weeks prior to start of program, 100% of program
fees will be refunded

7 days
prior to start of program, 50% of program fees will
be refunded

Thereafter, no refund
-
A 10%
service fee is applied to all refunds
