Heinrich YMCA Programs
YMCA Iron Kids (8-18 yrs.) -
Let us train you for triathlon! This program will
incorporate swimming, running and bicycling. Each day of the
week, participants will bike, run and swim as if they were getting
shape for a triathlon. This program is designed for all skill
levels from the serious athlete, to someone who just needs to get
out and exercise. Participants will have realistic goals set
for them in each area and will be expected to work hard on each day
of practice.

Teen Strength Training
& Conditioning (13-17 yrs.) - Teens gain fitness education and
hands-on experience with equipment. Participants learn fundamentals of
cardiovascular and strength training, flexibility, basic, nutrition,
muscle anatomy, and body awareness.
Special Instructions:
Dress in workout clothes and sneakers. Class is led by a certified
personal trainer.

Children's Yoga Class
(4-10 yrs.) - Finally, a Yoga class just for kids! Certified Child
Yoga instructors make Yoga fun, entertaining, and beneficial for your
child. Parent participation welcome, but not required. Members
only please!
