Aerobics Programs

Ab Blast Is a 15-minute workout dedicated to strengthening core muscles, improving posture, and promoting a healthy back.
Advanced Tai Chi Is an ancient martial art known to improve relaxation, blood circulation, balance, and coordination. Props will be used for a total body workout- see instructor regarding use of props. (Not for beginners.)
Aerobic Dance Class Provides a cardiovascular workout through fun choreography for all fitness levels. Latin dance and hip-hop moves may be included.
Basic Step Provides a great workout using an adjustable step bench with a focus on lower body conditioning. Upper body movements are added for a total workout.
Body by Belly Dance Is a weight-training class that incorporates fun and feminine belly dance movements. Tone and trim to lively international music!
Body Express Is an overall body workout that uses hand weights, weighted bars, balls, bands, step and ballet bars to build muscle strength and endurance.
Body Pump is a total body workout designed to increase muscle strength, tone and endurance with the use of free weights, body bars, stability balls and steps.
Boogie Line Dance includes line dancing moves and calorie-burning fun.
Bootcamp Is a cardio workout for all levels. Your instructor will lead indoor and outdoor fitness drills. Boredom is not an option!
Indoor Cycling Stretches your legs and your imagination while you meet other members on a bike ride and learn techniques to achieve the ultimate workout. Maximum class enrollment is 13.
Kick & Pump Uses basic kick box moves to provide an aerobic workout. Participants will punch, kick, shuffle, jump rope, and combine moves for maximum impact.
Low Impact Aerobics is designed for minimal joint impact. Simple movement patterns get your heart pumping, provide cardiovascular fitness and build muscle strength. Hand weights, weighted bars, fitness bars, ballet bars, and resistance bands may be used.
Low Impact Kickboxing is designed for minimal join impact.  Class involves punching and kicking combinations, perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
NIA blends martial arts, healing arts, and dance arts to create a high-powered workout that no isolated exercise technique can match. See why fusion fitness is one of the hottest fitness trends in the world!
Pilates Improves total-body flexibility, strength, posture, and the core muscles. The class is designed to provide an overall body, mind, and spirit workout.
Salsa Aerobics Provides a great cardio workout with a twist- Salsa and Latin moves!
Sit-N'-Fit Aerobics Is low impact and designed for many fitness levels. Do movements seated or standing, using chair for balance. Includes cardio, muscle strength and flexibility. Chairs and resistance bands included. Wheelchair participants welcome!
Six-Pack Attack Offers 15 to 30 minutes of hard-core abdominal and lower back exercises.
Step Aerobics Provides a low-impact, high-intensity aerobic workout on an adjustable step bench. Fun combinations, choreographed to music, make an hour of cardiovascular endurance fly by.
Step-N'-Tone Is a low-impact step class that includes hand weights, body bars, fitness balls, and resistance bands for a calorie-burning total body workout.
Tai Chi Is an ancient martial art known to improve relaxation, blood circulation, balance, and coordination. You will work with an instructor certified through Yang style Tai Chi.
Tighten-N'-Tone (T-N-T) Targets isolated areas and includes stretching to improve tone and muscle strength.
Tone It is an overall body express workout designed to build strength, toning and edurance.  Free weights and props are used.
Power Yoga includes traditional poses at a more advanced level. Come ready to sweat!
Yoga Improves muscle strength and endurance. Includes traditional yoga poses, flowing sun salutations, gentle stretching and relaxation techniques.
