How can I
register for programs?
You can register in person, thru
mail in or fax registration
(check or credit card payments only) or
online registration.
What forms of
payment are accepted online?
We currently accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card
or Visa. Coupons, letters of credit and discounts are not
allowed. You need to see the front desk for coupons, letters
of credits or discounts that you may want to be applied to the cost
of registration.
Is there a
difference in price if I register online?
No. There is no difference in price when registering
online.
I am not a
member. Can I register for programs?
The YMCA is membership based organization and as such you need
to be at least a
program participant member
to be able to register for programs.
What if my
email address has not been registered with your organization?
If you have an account with us and you get the error 'Your email
address has not been registered' or 'No member was found with the
email address you supplied', it means that the email address in our
database does not match with the email address you are using.
You either can contact your home branch and have the email address
and password corrected for you or choose 'I've never used online
registration system' and submit your last name, date of birth and
zip code. You will then be asked to register your email
address and password.
What if my
account could not be located based on the information I entered?
If you have an account with us and the system gives you this error
message, this means that we have incorrect information in our
database associated to the fields that the database uses to identify
you. You need to contact your home branch and verify if we
have accurately entered your last name, date of birth and zip code
in our database.
