Las Vegas Gym Classes

At our four Las Vegas YMCA locations, individuals and families can find a wide selection of group exercise classes for children, adults and seniors.

Although specific options vary by branch, the Y has something for everyone!

Our facility-wide programs were selected with specific goals in mind to give our members the best Las Vegas gym classes in the following areas:

Mind & Body

These classes consist of different levels and types of yoga. You will have the opportunity to learn how to control and improve breathing, concentration, coordination and circulation while re-energizing and building both strength and flexibility.

We also offer a BodyFlow class that combines various elements of yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi workouts along with separate Qigong and Tai Chi classes.


The Y is proud to offer Les Mills BODYPUMP whole-body barbell classes designed to burn fat and build strength while toning and sculpting! Additionally, check out our Les Mills CXWORK and other core strength training and sculpting classes, including Piyo Strength.

Cardio/Cardio & Toning

Cardio classes range from basic dance step, Boogie Line Dance and Zumba to Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, which combines elements from boxing, karate, Tai Chi, Taekwondo and Muay Thai!

For older adults, check out Young at Heart and Fit Over Fifty. These workouts are designed not only to improve heart health, but also mobility, strength, coordination, flexibility, reaction-time, balance, agility and many other areas that become problematic health concerns as we age.

Specialty Classes

We also offer fitness classes that take you beyond the traditional gym and into the water for positive, low-to-zero impact group exercise experiences!

Our Arthritic Splash class is fantastic for those who want to stay fit, but need less pressure on their muscles and joints.

You can also pick from AquaFit, Body Sculpt AquaFit, Power AquaFit or Aqua Zumba for the same level of workout as our other strength, cardio and toning classes but with the added benefit of water resistance.

Kids Need to Stay Fit Too!

For children ages 8 to 14 years old, we offer age-appropriate group exercise classes. Kids 15 and older have access to the full facility. Many of our other classes are also appropriate for any age!
