This is an invitation for all Y members to utilize Technogym’s complimentary TWellness App to engage with you! Once downloaded, you will create a login (or use your MyWellness login) to receive 3 workouts a day of varying intensity to choose from, additional programs designed with specific goals in mind such as weight loss, and nutritional information. The workouts are body weight driven. If you have equipment add for extra intensity. You can even use the app to log your outdoor activities as well! Our fitness team friends at the YMCA of Central Ohio have been working to create an all-new, month-long virtual fitness challenge, Stay Health-Y. The challenge begins Monday, March 23rd!
This fitness challenge is designed for members to keep moving and be active in ways that may have never been thought of before. Participants log, track and complete 600 minutes of activity throughout the course of 30 days- and compete with Y members to see who can rack up the most points! Best of all- they are offering all of this FREE to members across the country. This means you’re up, Las Vegas!
Members can track workouts and meals using the YTRAAK platform. It’s simple to sign up for an account and begin log workouts/healthy meals. A cool aspect of it all is that it provides a social component- so you can see what others are logging, too, and provides a little bit of healthy competition.
They have opened up this challenge to Ys across the nation- in hopes that our members can connect with not only their immediate community but with others from all over the country to help us build a collective Y virtual community.We hope our Y members will jump in on this challenge.
