Child Watch

Don’t have a babysitter? No problem! It’s easy to accomplish your wellness goals at the YMCA. Just bring your child to our baby/kids gym while you workout. It’s a value of YMCA membership. Children can play for up to two hours; parents must remain in the building. Read our Kids & Baby Gym Parent Handbook

Kids Gym (3 months – 7 years)
Mondays through Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. – noon and 5-8 p.m.; Fridays, 8:30 a.m. – noon; Saturdays, 9 a.m. - noon; Sundays, 12:30 - 3 p.m.

School-Age Child-Care Programs

When it comes to filling the time gaps before and after school safely, creatively and constructively, no one does it better than the YMCA. Your kids can express their talents in the arts, sports and other interest areas, taking advantage of all the YMCA has to offer. We set aside time for homework, and adults are always available to help. Our trained staff members are skilled at listening to youth and challenging them too. Best of all, everyone has fun at the YMCA!

Leavitt Middle School Before-School On-Site Program
When: August 27, 2012 - May 31, 2013
7-8:45 a.m.
Cost: $22/week or $6/day drop-in

2012-2013 Staff Development Days and One-Day Camps (5-12 years)
When school is out, the YMCA is in! Your camper will enjoy a day off from school filled with fun activities like sports, games, arts and crafts, character development programs and more.
When: May 24, 7 am. to 6 p.m.
Cost: $40

Spring Break Camp (5-15 years)
Hop into spring Y style! Your student will benefit from a refreshing change of pace at the Y, where loads of springy activities will keep your son or daughter moving, laughing and learning.
When: March 25-29, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Cost: $140 for the week; Drop-in $47

CCSD’s schedule has changed, but the Y’s hasn’t. We’re still here throughout the school year and summer for full-day care weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (age 5 and up). Please contact Sophie Illingworth, at (702) 839-4908 or sillingworth@lasvegasymca.org.
