FREE wellness classes are another value of YMCA membership. There are various levels of classes to suit your needs and health and wellness goals. Classes are complimentary to members unless otherwise noted.

Fundamentals of Tai Chi Chuan
This beginner's class designed to give participants the basics in Tai Chi Chuan is ideal as a prerequisite to Tai Chi class or for those who wish to develop deeper into each movement.

Multi-Level Yoga
Learn or practice yoga postures in a non-competitive atmosphere. Great if you're just starting out or looking to polish your current yoga skills.

Senior Yoga Therapy
Our yoga instructor guides you through traditional poses with added care. If you're a first timer or just need a gentle stretching class, this is the option for you!

Vinyasa Yoga
Restore energy and balance in this intermediate-to-advanced flow yoga class. You'll get a total body-strengthening workout.

Silver and Fit
Attain better health with the help of this low-impact fitness and healthy-aging program. If you’re a moderately active older adult, you’ll love the focus on flexibility, stability, balance, cardio endurance, coordination, agility and muscle strength. Includes Zumba gold and line dancing for added fun!

Zumba Gold
This Silver & Fit dance powered by Zumba Gold is a fun-filled, safe and easy-to-follow Latin dance program created for active older adults and appropriate for all fitness levels. We simplify the merengue, salsa, cha-cha, belly dance, cumbia, flamenco, tango and rock & roll so you get a total body workout that is inspiring and fun!

55+ Yoga Fitness
Looking for the lighter side of yoga plus muscle conditioning? This is for you! Join us in a comfortable, non-competitive setting.

Pickle Ball
Goofy name but lots of fun! Join other adult members in this simple paddle game played using a special perforated, slow-moving ball over a tennis type net on a badmitton sized court.

So much fun, you won't realize your getting your daily physical activity in at the same time.

Ping Pong
Join us on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. to play ping pong! Build your ping pong skills while socializing and having fun with other members.

Senior Clubs
(Free to Y Members, $3 non-members)
Get to know those you don't know and learn something new! Join us all week long for these fun get-togethers:

  • Mondays: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. - Meet and Greet
  • Tuesdays: 1-2 p.m. - Cards, games and more
  • Wednesdays: 10:30-11:30 a.m. - Books, movies, restaurants and more
  • Thursdays: 1-2 p.m. - Craft Day

AARP Driver Safety Courses Learn to become a better driver through this AARP sponsored driver safety class.
When: 3rd Saturday of every month, 9-1 p.m.
Cost: $12 for AARP members, $14 for non-AARP members
