Personal Training (13 years+)

If you've been thinking about it, it's time to act! Our personal trainers have expert knowledge and will guide you to lasting, healthy lifestyle changes. See the personal trainer bulletin board located outside of the wellness center to read our trainers' bios and learn more.

Personal Training Sessions
A trainer helps you formulate exercise goals and assist with your exercise format and execution. One-on-one training is proven to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Each session is one hour.
Cost: 1 session $36; 5 sessions $155; 10 sessions $300

Program Design
Experience a one-on-one session with a personal trainer who will design your personalized workout.
Cost: $63

30-Minute Personal Training Express Packages (13 years+)
Cost: 1 session $21; 5 sessions $88; 10 sessions $170

Buddy Personal Training
A trainer helps you and your friend achieve your individual fitness goals. Each session is one hour.
Cost: 1 session $52; 5 sessions $227; 10 sessions $435

TRX 40-minute small group personal training featuring TRX suspension 
When: Times and days TBA.
Cost: $60 (class held twice weekly)

TRX Training Center at Centennial Hills YMCA!
What is TRX suspension training? It's a new category of exercise for athletes of all abilities. It leverages one's own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. You will perform upper and lower body exercises that activate your core throughout.

Exercise Equipment Orientation (13 years+)
As a member, you receive a FREE introduction to the proper use of our cardio and circuit strength equipment. Includes cardio and strength introduction. For more information on the free-weight equipment, please contact Jeff Flick, fitness coordinator, at (702) 476-6750 or jflick@lasvegasymc.org

Blood Pressure Readings
Centennial Hills Hospital provides complimentary blood pressure readings the first Monday of every month, 8:30-10:30 a.m. Just stop inside our lobby. 

Body Fat Analysis
Determine your amount of lean muscle tissue. We use the Omron Bioelectrical Impedance Method, which calculates results in minutes. You won't feel a thing! We advise you not to eat for two hours prior to testing.
Cost: $5

Listen for instructor announcements during group exercise classes. What's in store? Mt. Charleston hikes with Tai Chi classes, Tai Chi class potlucks, Zumba family get togethers, Zumbathons and more!
